Suspense is about leaving the players with cliffhangers that they need to think about until the next session. This wasn't so important in my youth. It is more important now due to very long downtime in between sessions these days. I want the people playing #SagaoftheGoblinHorde to be thinking about the game of kickball and how can you make soccer work in an RPG? I want the people playing #Returnto50Fathoms to be thinking about how do I escape from Dunich? Appropriately, #50Fathoms returns September 13th, 2019 on a Friday.
