Setsuna's
Secret Brothel, Southpoint, Star City
The Blood King ejected B-Hold-R from its cockpit and shrank
to human size. The Blood King helped Wheeljack take B-Hold-R and Setsuna to the
medical bay. Despite days of care, B-Hold-R's battered body remained still and
exhausted mind remained unconscious. Bubbles went to the medical bay on her own
power and laid down. Ruin attempted to train in fighting but couldn't focus with all his allies wounded.
Setsuna's Secret Brothel,
Southpoint, Star City
Setsuna woke up but B-Hold-R remained critical. Setsuna attempted to use her charms to get Willy the Fish to give her a free Medi-Stim. Willy was willing to go as low as $8,000 but Setsuna refused.
[I gave Bobbie a Stubborn Bennie for this, she wasn't leaving the price of free for the stim; despite her bank account nearing $150K and in spite of having to play the session with two wounds.]

Setsuna's Secret Brothel,
Southpoint, Star City
I called the Omegans on the CommLink and told them that
4-Star had been attacked by a rogue agent, the Hammer of Justice. Lucky had
managed to drag 4-Star away in time to save his life. I told them that I had
once dealt with the Hammer of Justice before, sending him into the limbo of a
dimensional prison. But he seemed to have escaped recently somehow,
slaughtering an Omega Cell and now tangling with 4-Star and Lucky before I
heard of his return. I told the Omegans that his sidekick, the American Anvil,
was living somewhere in the Downtown area. If they can persuade the American
Anvil to help them, perhaps they can reason with the Hammer of Justice and
bring him over to our side. If they cannot persuade him to join us, I told them
to kill him. Uncontrolled, he is a liability damaging our cause against the
V'sori and imprisonment has already failed once.
Bubbles had tangled with the Hammer of Justice and the American Anvil in the past and hated them for constantly imprisoning her.

Wheeljack and The Blood King stayed with B-Hold-R to keep watch over his tenuous health.
Early Morning, Southpoint, Star City
As the Omegans neared downtown, a group of SoCorp police officers surrounded them. Their leader used a bullhorn to project his voice and demanded their surrender for the destruction of the Hazel Cannery in Southpoint.
Bubbles used mind control to take over the mind of the police officer with the bullhorn and his partner. She had them dance, then drop their weapons, then strip, and then cuff themselves to the handles of their own squad car.
"Let's dance! It's a dance party! Dance squad--that's an order!"--SoCorp chief on the bullhorn
Ruin turned into his fire form next to a squad car.
[Kevin invoked a gas power stunt].
The car popped into the air ignited by Ruin's damage field. He sent a cone of flame that shattered the wind shield of the left side door. The heat of the explosion, damage field, and cone of fire caused three of the grenades they were carrying in their vests to explode and the car to become shrapnel that went in three directions.

The remaining SoCorp officers tossed two fusion grenades. One of them destroyed an apartment building to their left. The other one destroyed part of a broken down pickup truck the Omegans were using for cover. The shrapnel hit Setsuna but she was uninjured because of her armor.
Setsuna used her decay power to destroy the armor of the two SoCorp officers that had tried to kill her. Her diseased touch caused instant death to both.
Ruin took a couple of grenades the officers had dropped and a bullhorn. When the officers started stripping, he rained four ones into the air, snickering as the Omegans left just before their backup arrived.
Their backup was confused by the SoCorp chief's actions when they arrived and eventually they used their stun batons to crack them in the back of the head to knock them out as they were obviously under a suspect's control.

Afternoon, Downtown, Star City
The Omegans arrived Downtown and eventually found the American Anvil's apartment. Upon seeing Bubbles he turned into his alternative steel form. Setsuna tried to convince him to help them, but she couldn't get through to him.
[Setsuna's normal +8 Charisma was reduced -2 by wounds and -4 by Bubbles being his Enemy.]
Ruin so thoroughly intimidated him that the American Anvil immediately acquiesced to their demands to help them. The American Anvil told them they could find the Hammer of Justice underneath the Glenwood Overpass in Northpoint.

Early Evening, Under the Glenwood Overpass, Northpoint, Star City
The Omegans tried to convince the Hammer of Justice to help them by plotting against me. Ruin knew that the Hammer of Justice was my enemy. So he played on that fact promising that they would kill me together after they had defeated the V'sori. With help from the American Anvil, they managed to convince the Hammer to help them in an alliance against me. What the Omegans don't understand is that I would gladly sacrifice myself to free the Earth of the V'sori and their K'tharen dogs. One measly life to save the mere billion Omegans, Atlanteans, Hybrids, and humans left? It is a price I am willing to pay. But good luck collecting on that Ruin and Hammer of Justice. I won't go down without a fight!
Suddenly, there was a cacophony of sounds. A sound like a thud from above mixed with the thunderous movements of a train and the screeching of brakes from cars on the highway above. The Hammer's men drew their Uzis just as K'tharen soldiers rappelled down the side of the highway to underneath the overpass on either side.
The Hammer's men switched their Uzis to their off hand and drew out fusion grenades. They tossed them at the Fins, and managed to wipe out eight of them. But unfortunately, they also ran before throwing grenades, throwing one behind them at the Hammer of Justice and the American Anvil and dropping one at their own feet which blew up three of them. The American Anvil shielded the Hammer of Justice from the blast.
Ruin started summoning a blizzard but failed perhaps blocked by the highway above from using his power properly.
The Hammer of Justice drew out his energy hammer and used it to slam a Fin back into another one. The first Fin was dead and the second Fin fell onto his back with the first Fin on top of him.
The Hammer's men tried using suppressive fire with their Uzis to make the Fins seek cover but missed. The other men drew their Vibro-knives and tried to stab them but missed.
Bubbles used her mind control to take over one of the Fins while using her Vibro-Saw to kill another one on the Hammer's flank.
Setsuna used her powers to destroy the armor of the two remaining Fins. One of them died instantly from her death touch. The remaining Fin used a finishing move to decapitate the Fin next to him due to Bubble's mind control.
The Fin commander asked the remaining Fin for a mission status update on his CommLink. He told his boss that the mission was complete, there were no survivors left under the overpass. He returned to the V'sori Mbuna above.
"You are the only survivor? Of the riffraff under the highway?"--K'tharen commander
"They were very tough and well-armed for bums sir."--K'tharen soldier (under Bubbles control).
With that, the V'sori Mbuna flew away. The Omegans rested the night at the homeless community sleeping in trailers, cars, cargo containers or laying on couches. They left before dawn as emergency crews and police arrived to investigate the train crash after the highway above was finally cleared of crashed cars.

The Omegans went to the Black Market to buy items from Willy the Fish for each other for Christmas. Super villains buying each other gifts for Christmas? Truly a miracle, like the Christmas Day Truce between the Allies and the Germans in 1914 during World War I.

Another Christmas miracle occurred, as B-Hold-R finally awoke from his long slumber.
Bubbles found two sai under the Christmas tree and Ruin repaired her broken armor. Setsuna found five pairs of white gloves wrapped in a ribbon around a lone fusion grenade. Wheeljack found two energy cells for his fusion rifle. Setsuna gave the group free use of her bar as well as free dances for Christmas.

Ruin decided to invite the Hammer of Justice, American Anvil, and the Hammer's men to the Christmas party to take advantage of Setsuna's generosity, infuriating her.
The Hammer of Justice insinuated that Bubbles worked there for Setsuna, so she controlled his mind and made him hit himself with his own electric hammer.
"Why are you hitting yourself?"--Bubbles
The Hammer hit himself so hard that he smashed into a wall at the back of the stage area. But he was so drunk that all he did was laugh heartily.

internal air bladders enough to float a bit.

Omegans partied all night to bring in the New Year. Yes get drunk and celebrate
your successes. And toast to the millions that have died from your failures. I
certainly haven't forgotten 9/8/2004.
January 1, 2005 New Year's Day

A New Year--2005. Another year that starts with the Earth still under occupation by the V'sori and their Fin lackeys. This is the year. This will be the year the Omegan Resistance finally throws off the yoke of the V'sori Empire occupation of Earth. My plan to strike a major blow to the V'sori is nearing completion. It is but a matter of time now. My New Year's Resolution? Same as last year; save the Earth. May it come true this year.
