<WARNING POTENTIAL SPOILERS FOR SAGA OF THE GOBLIN HORDE>

Day 34
Shadowglade Forest

The bosses made their way through the Shadowglade Forest but didn't find anything. It was oddly quiet...

Day 35
The Great Forest

Twankle and her gang members and Glub managed to wade across a river successfully but Brawt lost one of his gang members to the strong current after using him as a flotation device to prevent himself from fully drowning.

Day 36
The Great Forest

A hareborn warrior leapt at Glub from an ambush position screaming, "You will die for what you have done to my tribe!", but Glub parried the dagger thrust and riposted with his great-axe, decapitating the hareborn.

Day 37
The Great Forest

A strange beast leapt from branch to branch hurling rocks and other things at Brawt. However, the bugbear's thick fur and armor merely shrugged the projectiles off of him. Frustrated the weird beast ran off screaming, "Flaunnngggtthhh" while flapping its long tongue in a rude way.

Day 38
The Great Forest near Treebiter Tribe Camp

As the goblin bosses approached the Treebiter Tribe Camp, most of them avoided snares but Glub got trapped in one. He struggled a bit and then the rope snapped. His ribs were bruised by the impact of the fall.
Twankle thought about it and realized that town humans were too stupid to set traps. And yet whoever had attacked the Treebiter Tribe Camp had set traps all around the goblin settlement.
Brawt convinced Glub to check over yonder for traps. He fell into yet another snare. This time he turned into his barghest form and ripped the ropes with his claws. He then climbed the center rope and started traversing a network of interlaced tree branches towards the Treebiter Tribe Camp.
The rest of the goblin bosses proceeded on foot towards the Treebiter Tribe Camp. Brawt made so much noise snapping twigs that the forest humans exclusively targeted him. He used one of his goblin gang members as a goblin shield that was peppered with seven arrows.

Day 38
Treebiter Tribe Camp

Glub had managed to sneak near the forest humans up on the forest branches and killed three of them with a rapid surprise attack before they even saw him. One of them got their leg swept out from underneath them and Brawt narrowly avoided the falling body.
But the forest humans countered by aiming their bows at him and putting two arrows into his left side as two other forest humans drew their daggers to try and block the barghest from the rope bridge upon which their allies were standing.
Brawt and Twankle and their goblin gang members headed towards a rope ladder to get up into the branches.
The goblin bosses heard cranking of some kind of mechanism, chanting, and ropes being pulled above.

Glub countered by slashing the forest human on the branches and then cutting the right rope. The two forest humans in the middle of the bridge slid off the bridge to the right and fell to their deaths. The forest human nearest Glub acrobatically leapt on the left rope to avoid falling.
The goblins heard more cranking and chanting. As they got up on the main branch, arrows were being fired at them. Brawt took the brunt off the onslaught but the arrows couldn't seem to penetrate his armor and thick hide.
Twankle and her goblin gang members attacked from the southwest as Brawt and his gang members attacked from the northwest. Two of the forest humans were killed.
Izzy Toecutter had apparently climbed up there. He screamed out, "For the Treebiter Tribe!" and he bit out the throat of one of the surprised forest humans. But then Izzy saw the large metal cage with his dead tribesmen inside and he wept while nervously biting his toenails.

Glub avoided the thrusting dagger of the forest human as he balanced on the rope and then slashed him back. The forest human dropped and Glub took cover behind his corpse. Glub then turned into his wolf form and fled along the branches west.
The forest human shaman cast forth a tempest that killed four of the goblin gang members and knocked Izzy Toecutter over. Only Brawt and Twankle still stood after the blast of wind. Izzy met his fate as he was shot by a forest human's arrow. He screamed," Avenge the Treebiter Tribe!" as he fell unconscious.

[Bobbie played Second Wind and then Chessie copied the effect with Once More With Feeling.]

Little Talks arrived with a small dark slime in tow!

Dirty Paws refused to climb the rope ladder. Little Talks left the small dark slime in the swamp. Little Talks and his swamp rats went up the rope ladder.
The forest human shaman was quickly surrounded by Twankle, Brawt, goblin gang member, and swamp rats. Little Talks hit the forest human shaman with a blowgun dart. Paralyzed by poison the shaman watched in horror as Brawt ripped out his throat with his claws.

The remaining forest humans tried shooting Brawt but to no avail. Twankle shanked one forest human and the other was quickly surrounded by swamp rats and forced off the platform.

Brawt rushed inside the metal cage with the long dead members of the Treebiter Tribe. He ate one of their decomposing corpses.
Little Talks had the idea to feed the whole cage to his dark slime to make it grow. So he had his swamp rats tear the support ropes. The cage dropped with Brawt inside and he was wounded and knocked over by the fall. The dark slime swam over into the cage and started dissolving goblin corpses and attempting to dissolve Brawt. Suddenly the dark slime began a metamorphosis gaining multiple sharp maws and goblin-like flesh. Little Talks felt his control over the slime break. Brawt tried to bite the transmogrifying slime but the slime bit him back. Brawt tried to get up and jump away but he was stuck. He used brute strength to tear himself from the slime but it wounded him with a final bite as he ran. It didn't pursue Brawt as it seemed stuck in the cage, at least for now.
Suddenly afraid, the surviving goblin gang bosses ran back into the Great Forest to get away from the bizarre creature.
Brawt started throwing up and having GI tract digestive issues. He barely got any sleep at all.

Day 39
The Great Forest

An aggressive beast leapt out at Twankle! Fortunately she leapt out of the way.
Brawt was unable to find food or water. Even if he had it was a good question if he would be able to keep it down. His digestive disease was caused either by eating the long dead Treebiter corpse or by biting the mutating dark slime after it too had ate the goblin corpses.  His vomiting reached a crescendo as the other goblins were careful to avoid the volcano of bile especially Glub who feared infection if it got in his wounds. Brawt dropped dead near dusk in his pile of filth. The rest of the goblins bosses took his knick-knacks except Twankle and set up camp elsewhere.

Day 40
The Great Forest

Forest humans had been tracking the group since they left the former Treebiter Tribe Camp. Fortunately, Little Talks was able to disguise their tracks and they escaped.

Day 41
The Great Forest

A psychotic druid animated plants in the vicinity of Glub. Slowed down by his wounds, he was unable to avoid them and ended up tired from the exertion of running through the harassing vines.
Little Talks and Glub washed Brawt's knick-knacks in the river.

Day 42
Shadowglade Forest

A serpentine lizard was fighting a hareband of hareborn. Twankle realized it was a forest dragon attacking the beastmen. The goblin bosses decided to avoid the angered dragon inflicting her revenge on the thieves of her clutch of eggs.

Day 43
Shadowglade Forest

A group of porcupine men slept huddled together as several porcupine guards stood watch. This time they saw the goblins approach and the guards sent a few quills at Little Talks as a warning not to come any closer. Little Talks grabbed the quills to turn into darts later but the group heeded the warning.
Glub healed a couple of his arrow wounds as he slept.

Day 44-45
Redfang Tribe Territory

The goblin bosses headed home having survived the dangers of the Great Forest and the Shadowglade Forest with no further enemies blocking their path.

Day 46
Redfang Tribe Camp

The goblin bosses reported to Chief Bignose of the deaths of Izzy Toecutter from the forest humans and Brawt Worth who died as she lived from cannibalism. The forest humans had wiped out the Treebiter Tribe Camp and turned their former home into a trap to kill any goblins curious about their fate.

Day 47-48
Redfang Tribe Camp

Twankle recruited more goblin gang members. Glub rested and healed his bruised rib from his fall from a snare trap. Little Talks manufactured darts from porcupine men quills.

Day 49
Redfang Tribe Camp

Chief Bignose summoned all the goblin bosses. He first drank red wine from a human skull goblet. The wine poured down from the eye sockets like red waterfalls as he tried to drink the wine before it all drained out but it still partially stained his shirt. He announced that Chief Stonefist would be visiting the Redfang tribe soon. He wanted a recruitment drive to beef up the gang membership. He also wanted unique heads and skulls to increase his collection and impress Chief Stonefist. Chief Bignose told the goblin bosses to team up if they could find someone who they could trust not to stab them in the back.
Kronan Halfblood stormed out saying he didn't need any help.
Taffy Sharpnail and Morik Foulfoot smirked and nodded at each other before following him at a safe distance planning something together.
Glub remembered a borderlands goblins warren that was near a southern pass on Hightree Ridge.
A canitaur approached the group and told them about a strange grove of ancient trees in the Great Forest which had creatures with eyeless heads as guardians.
The goblin bosses decided to follow Kronan Halfblood and found out he was headed in the same direction as the goblin bosses, possibly even towards the same cave...
